Fan Curbs
We build a complete line of fan curbs for all applications. All fan curbs are constructed from 18 gauge material and also include wood nailers depending on the style curb. Insulated style curbs are lined with 1 1/2" thick, 3 lb density, rigid board fiberglass insulation. All curbs are shipped with 1/4" thick, 1 1/2" wide closed cell gasket.

Here are the model numbers and descriptions of the fan curbs we offer:

RC-2 style- insulated with a mitered and fully welded cant. Standard height is 8". Wood nailer include. For use with insulated roof decks

RC-3 style- insulated and straight sided, self flashing. Standard height is 12". Wood nailer included. A variety of sizes are stocked in house for quick shipping and available for  purchase online.

RC-3MB style- insulated, sloped for use with metal roofs. Standard minimum height is 8". All curbs include an integrated cricket for water diversion, sloped, extended flanges, and cell caps shipped either loose or welded in place. No wood nailer. We can build this curb to match any style metal roof. 

RC-3V style- non-insulated and vented for use with restaurant applications. Standard height is 24". All curbs include (2) 5" vents on each side and come standard with extended height. A roof termination strip is also built into every curb.

RC-5 style- non-insulated and straight sided. Standard height is 12". Wood nailer included.

RC-VA- this is not a curb, but a vented adapter.

HVAC Equipment bases

No matter what units you have or what type of roof you're working with, we can build a curb for you. We have access to all new unit literature for all manufacturers: Trane, Lennox, AAON, York, Carrier, Rheem/Ruud, American Standard, McQuay, Temptrol and all others. We can also build a curb for your custom unit.
